Introducing Japamma: Where Childhood Dreams Stitch Comfort and Style

Every great journey begins with a spark—and for me, that spark came from my daughter’s sweet voice. As she tried to say “pajama,” it came out as “JAPAMMA.” That innocent moment stayed with me, quietly growing into something far bigger: a children’s nightwear brand built on love, care, and purpose.
While my professional path led me not into fashion, but into the world of corporate procurement, it was precisely this experience that prepared me for JAPAMMA. Over the years, I worked extensively in supply chain and vendor management within aerospace services, honing my ability to source high-quality materials, ensure ethical practices, and manage end-to-end operations with precision.
Procurement taught me the importance of trust, transparency, and quality—values that now form the foundation of JAPAMMA. Every fabric we select goes through a meticulous evaluation process. I apply the same rigor in choosing suppliers for soft cotton night suits as I once did for large-scale contracts. The only difference? Now, I’m doing it for something deeply personal: comfort and safety for children.
I always felt a pull toward creative work, especially in lifestyle and fashion. But life had other plans—until it didn’t. The decision to leave my corporate role wasn’t easy, but it was necessary. JAPAMMA represents not just a career shift, but a return to what truly matters: creating something meaningful, one stitch at a time.
Our designs, like the playful blue zebra pattern, are inspired by childhood joy and imagination. But behind every print is a process informed by procurement expertise—ensuring sustainability, durability, and safety in every garment.
JAPAMMA is more than a brand. It’s a promise—to parents, to children, and to the little girl who gave it its name. As we begin this journey, I’m committed to building a label that blends heart with responsibility, and innocence with integrity.
Thank you for welcoming JAPAMMA into your homes.
Sweet dreams start here.
