Eligibility:
– You can only place a return request if you’ve received product(s) in a ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’, or ‘Not as Described’ state.
– Please make a video (uncut parcel receiving & unboxing) showing the defective/damage properly
– WhatsApp the video to us at +91-96259 57927 mentioning the reason for returns.
– Returns or exchanges accepted within 5 days of delivery
– Products must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging
– Not eligible: Clearance Sale items
– Can only place one exchange per order.
Refund Options:
We offer both “Refund to original payment method” and “Store Credit” as options.
– Store Credit: Issued immediately after your return is picked up. Validity:3 months
– Original Payment Method: Refund initiated post quality check (refunds can take upto 15 working days)
Note: A *₹100 shipping & restocking fee is deducted for refunds to original payment mode*

Exchanges:
– Exchange is free for size once per order
– If your requested item is unavailable, you’ll receive store credit

Pickup & Processing:
– Reverse pickup arranged within 2–3 business days
- Incase of multiple failed attempts due to unavailability, you will be expected to ship the package back to us.
– In rare cases, you may be asked to self-ship; reimbursement of ₹100 will be provided
